Around 200 horses are killed on British racecourses every year. An unknown number are killed in training or because they failed to make the grade. Once no longer of use to the industry, horses face an uncertain future. Horses from the racing industry are still facing the horrors of the slaughterhouse, where their lifeless bodies will be sold for meat. Others may be killed by a knackerman or enter a downward spiral of neglect.
Join the compassionate movement and pledge to support our campaign to ban horse racing and pledge to never attend or bet on horse racing. No animal should suffer in the name of sport, and together we can bring this cruelty to an end.
